Mark Freeman has spent the last fourteen years in the staffing and consulting industry functioning in the capacity of recruiting, business development and management.  He is a co-founder of Provisions Group which began operations in 2003.

Mark's background includes sales, sales management, insurance/investments, accounting and information technology.  Mark most recently led the Consulting Division for a Fortune 500 staffing firm’s office covering middle TN.  These divisions included an information technology staffing and consulting practice specializing in infrastructure design and administration, application development and database administration, as well as an Accounting division specializing in placing CFO and Controller level consultants on an interim and project basis.

Mark received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.

Richard Scott is a co-founder of Provisions Group.  He recently accepted the role of Executive Pastor at Fellowship Bible in Brentwood, TN.  Prior to starting the firm in 2003, Richard had over 16 years of previous accounting and technology experience.  He will continue to assist Provisions Group on a consulting basis.

He spent 10 years with Arthur Andersen, an international audit and consulting firm, performing technology consulting and audit in a variety of industries including banking, healthcare, insurance, federal government, and manufacturing.  As a senior manager in the Technology Risk Consulting group, he led teams in the the execution of audit and internal controls engagements.  He also has over 6 years of industry experience at companies including Service Merchandise, First American Corporation, and Global Healthcare Exchange.

Richard has a B.S. in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University.  He also is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (inactive).
