Retained Search

Under a retained search arrangement our clients pay a non-refundable engagement fee to launch our search on an exclusive basis. The fee is a percentage of candidate’s targeted compensation.   The balance of the total fees are paid when mutually agreed upon milestones are achieved in the search process and a candidate is hired that we have presented. Clients approve our progress based on agreed upon criteria before paying any additional fees. Client satisfaction is guaranteed.

 
Contingency Search

Under our contingency search arrangement, we earn our fee only if we deliver candidates who get hired by our clients. The fee is typically an amount equal to a percentage of the candidate’s targeted first year compensation. We are paid directly by the hiring company and there is no cost to candidates we represent. Client satisfaction is guaranteed.

 
Consulting

Our consulting arrangements offer skilled resources to our clients for completion of in-house initiatives with varying contract durations.  Our contract personnel work under the direction of client management for an agreed-upon hourly rate.  We may also include an option for the client to hire a contract resource at some time during a project depending upon client’s intentions.  Billing for contract work occurs weekly unless circumstances dictate otherwise.
