Step 1: Define Hiring Objectives and Specifications:
- Obtain detailed job description with scope of responsibilities, reporting relationships and candidate profiles to be targeted
- Discuss compensation/benefits packages
- Build client business and cultural profile to present to targeted candidates
Step 2: Candidate Identification and Assessment
- Identify target candidates through proprietary database and sourcing techniques
- Screen initial candidate pool against client objectives
- Conduct thorough reference and background checks to narrow pool of candidates
- Assess fit of candidate to employer ensuring long-term fit meeting both candidate and client objectives
- Prepare candidate profiles to be reviewed with client for interviews
Step 3: Client Interviews
- Provide candidate profile to clients including resume, reference information and screening results
- Coordinate initial meetings with client and targeted candidates
- Gather feedback from both candidate and client to further narrow candidate pool
- Assist is evaluating finalist for position
Step 4: Offer Stage and Follow Up
- Assist in negotiation of compensation package. Our objective is to create a win-win situation for all parties
- Ensure new employee’s smooth transition assisting with resignation process, establishing start dates and post start feedback
